There is a stage before diabetes which is called pre-diabetes. The occurrence of type 2 diabetes can be prevented if we check at the prediabetes stage. 

Prediabetes means you have a higher than normal blood sugar level, which always remains undiagnosed. 
It is also called border lined diabetes. People call it a touch of sugar. These terms suggest that someone doesn't have diabetes or has a less serious case, but every cause of diabetes is serious.

  1. Eat healthy diet and loose weight
    Losing even 5 to 10 % of weight can make huge difference
  2. Exercise daily
  3. Stop smoking 
  4. Get you BP and cholesterol under control
